Jamie came out as gay at the age of 14 and Chloe did so two years later, aged 13.
Jamie says they would dress up in girls' clothes from an early age and didn't see any problem with it.
However, they finally disclosed their true feelings to each other last August before coming out as transgender to their friends and family.

After Jamie came out as gay, Chloe pictured before as Daniel, left, and as Chloe, right grew out her hair and started wearing make-up.
